For those of you who just got back from your extended vacation on Ceres, I regret to inform you that things have somewhat deteriorated on this planet in the last couple of years – in retrospect you should have extended your visa, or perhaps just applied for permanent residency.
Remember Hitler and Stalin and Pol Pot and Mao? Well turns out they were just the warm up acts. Looks like we are about to experience the kind of totalitarianism that would make Der Fuhrer wish he was called Der Prasident instead of merely Reichskanzler.
So now we get to experience all those dystopian novels in real life! But not to worry, most of you won’t live for much longer, but your remaining life will be, let’s just say, both interesting and terrifying at the same time!
I know I know, some of you will run, some of you will hide, some of you will even fight (for a while). But most of you will mentally give up, and then you will surrender, and eventually most of you will accept your increasingly miserable life, and a few of you will even join the ranks of your masters and oppress your former comrades, friends, family, and lovers.
Not I you say? You make me laugh! Very few of you are physically, mentally, or psychologically prepared for what you must do in order to remain an independent individual in the coming days.
But, if you insist you will be one of the few who resist, I’ll give you a hint – the first thing you must do is stop telling lies, stop believing lies, and most importantly, stop living the lies.
